From Coconut Husk to Premium Coir

Coconut Harvesting
Mature coconuts are carefully harvested from coconut plantations. The husks are separated and collected for processing.
Husk Retting
Coconut husks are soaked in water for several weeks. This natural process softens the husk and loosens the fibers for extraction.
Fiber Extraction
The softened husks undergo mechanical extraction to separate the long coir fibers from the shorter pith material.
Sun Drying
Extracted fibers are thoroughly dried under the sun to achieve optimal moisture content for quality preservation.
Manufacturing
